Raju brings with him 3 decades of experience in the services industry of which last 2 decades have been in executive search and entrepreneurial experience across India and United States. As a founder of Niche Search Partners, he was instrumental in building the retained search practice in the Industrial Sector. In prior engagements, Raju was a Partner with Global Retained Search Network, Penrhyn International.

Raju co-founded CxSearch Global Partners through coalesce of established retained search businesses, thus Niche Search has become the founding practice of CxSearch Global Partners. He continues to lead the Industrial practice as global practice partner besides jointly responsible to build and exponentially grow CxSearch business at global scale.

Raju has successfully executed several hundreds of high business impact, strategic and confidential positions in the areas of Engineering, Manufacturing, Infrastructure, Oil & Gas and Technology sectors. Raju has been strategic talent advisor to Business Leaders, Board Members and Investors ranging from Indian Promoter driven organizations to large global multinationals across various industries.

He holds B.Tech in Production Engineering from University of Mumbai and is an Alumni of IIM Bangalore.

Narasimhalu Senthil is a seasoned executive search entrepreneur and leadership advisor with over 20 years of international experience. He founded Rinalytics in 2012 and established its growth as India’s pioneering retained executive search practice focused on AI, Data and Analytics.

In 2019, Senthil orchestrated the formation of CxSearch Global Partners, now one of India’s fastest-growing multi-practice executive search and leadership advisory firms, with a rapidly expanding presence in global locations, particularly in the U.S.

As Co-founder and Managing Partner at CxSearch, Senthil jointly drives the overall firm growth, manages the Services and Consulting practice in India, and leads the development of “Growth & GTM” as a global horizontal practice.  Renowned for his comprehensive approach, strategic vision and client-centric leadership, Senthil is a trusted advisor who partners with board members and C-suite leaders for high-impact senior hiring, earning recognition for his deep expertise and unwavering commitment to confidentiality.

Senthil also continues to lead Rinalytics as a thriving independent business.

He holds a B.Tech in Information Technology and an MBA in Human Resource Management, and maintains bases in both Bangalore and New Jersey. Senthil is an active angel investor in the consumer internet and environment tech space.

Kumar Krishnan founded Prospect Partners as a boutique search firm over a decade ago, which eventually merged its business with CxSearch Global Partners. He has been a trusted advisor to several c-suites and has successfully delivered CxO and other senior mandates with global responsibilities for prestigious, multi-billion dollar clients across industries, including Fortune 500 as well as promoter led companies. These clients are leaders in their respective industries spread across Pharmaceuticals, Agrochemicals, EPC, FMCG, etc. and mandates included both, functional as well as domain roles. Kumar also has sound exposure to other industries including Oil & Gas, Biotechnology and Real Estate.

Prior to becoming an Entrepreneur, Kumar worked for over 2 decades at M.N.C. organizations in the BFSI and Service sectors including Hongkong Bank, ANZ Grindlays Bank, MasterCard International and NCR Corporation.

Kumar holds a Master’s in Marketing Management from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies.

Her strong client engagement skills and ability to navigate through networks has allowed her to establish and build long-term relationships with entrepreneurs. Her expertise lies in working with promoter owned managed companies, early / growth stage companies and emerging sectors.

An MBA in Marketing and HR, she was part of the founding team of IKYA Human Capital Solutions prior to which she was a Senior Search professional with Cornell International where she led the Consumer and Technology practice for the India Region. She has led the outplacement practice as General Manager at Lee Hecht Harrison . She has had the opportunity to be part of two start up growth stories at Adecco and Quess in her career which has given her immense learning of building high quality organisations and most importantly being entrepreneurial.

Souveek has held key roles, including Group Chief Talent Acquisition Officer, and worked with top executive search firms. As an entrepreneur and leader in both global corporations and start-ups, he brings a unique perspective. With certifications in behavioural interviewing, NLP, and executive coaching, he deeply understands human behaviour.
